Rosemary & Sea Salt Chocolate Cookies

The combination of rosemary and chocolate is probably on the the greatest things I have discovered on my culinary journey so far. Its absolutely magic. Ive used this combo in chocolate mousse cakes, brownies and these bomb chocolate cookies. I dont have much else to say about this one. If you want something differently, this is the recipe for you.

Rosemary Chocolate Cookies


200g Sugar

140g AP Flour

45G Cocoa

¼ tsp Salt

½ tsp Baking Soda

112g Butter

1 tsp Vanilla

1 egg

30g White Chocolate chips

30g Milk Chocolate

30g Dark Chocolate

Rosemary / 1 spring or to taste

Maldon salt to garnish


1. Cream butter, sugar, salt and vanilla


2. Add 1 egg, and scrape down the sides of the bowl, mix well


3. Sift cocoa powder, flour, baking soda and add to the sugar and butter


4. Mix in chocolate chips and rosemary


5. Scoop cookies into balls and sprinkle with a little bit of maldon salt


6. Bake at 325 Celsius for 8-12 minutes.
